How does it work?
Here at Seasonal Sips our #1 goal is to make your event a success! We understand the level of detail and the hours that go into planning each and every event to perfection & we’re here to help! We’ll handle the ins and outs, you provide the alcohol, and we’ll show up on the event day to knock it out of the park.
Step 1. Reach out – we’d love to learn more about your event!
Step 2. Let’s chat – we’ll work together to find the perfect package for your day.
Step 3. Proposal – after we chat, we’ll put together a detailed package and send you over the customized proposal.
Step 4. Contract – Review your proposal and when you’re ready to move forward, we’ll make it official. Simply sign & pay your deposit to secure your event date.
Step 5. Final Details – We know things happen & we plan for that. We’ll follow up prior to your event to go over your event details + finalize your alcohol ordering guide.
Step 6. Cheers! – we made it to event day & we’re here to make your day special!
“Star” - The Piano
The Star of our show… We don’t exactly know how old she is but as Oscar Wilde said, one should never trust a woman who tells one her real age… Who’s counting anyhow? Star is a Brewster Piano Co. upright with two tap handles – she maneuvers like a champ and is available for rental for virtually any event.
She can serve cocktails, mocktails (don’t forget lemonade and tea on tap!), beer & wine. No power hook-ups are required!
“WOODY” - The Fireplace
Woody – The Fireplace: Woody is our satellite bar that is typically outfitted with a faux fireplace front (we LOVE a cozy event!!) but he can be dressed to fit any occasion.
Woody was handmade by a Spotsylvania local & we were THRILLED to add him to our repertoire. He came about after we just couldn’t quite make an actual fireplace functional.
Outfitted with two tap handles – Woody can pour cocktails, mocktails, beer & wine. No power hook-ups required!
“Gus Gus” - The truckster
Sometimes magic just falls into your lap… in this case, a road trip scroll of online marketplace shopping landed Gus Gus with us. A 1974 Cushman Truckster that was tricked out when we bought him and that we souped up a little bit more… He’s got taps for 2 & makes a fun addition to any party!
Gus Gus Woody can pour cocktails, mocktails, beer & wine. No power hook-ups required!

Detailed Purchase List – Due to strict VA ABC laws, we cannot provide the alcohol for your event; however, we provide a consultation to direct you on what you will need! (The benefits of you buying your alcohol is that you avoid markups and you get to keep the leftovers!)
Travel up to 30 miles outside of Charlottesville (additional mileage charge incurred for anything over 30 miles)
We carry general and liquor liability insurance
20% gratuity added to total price
