In Virginia, a mobile bar is not permitted to supply alcohol – you’ll need to provide it yourself.

However, we are able to assist by consulting you to determine what best fits your needs!

NO WAY! Our satellite bars are ideal for any event that you want to serve alcohol but don’t want to deal with everything involved in doing it yourself! We’re there to make sure you don’t have to worry about running out of ice or mixers. So whether it’s a birthday party, a graduation, office party, outdoor bbq or any other event you can dream up – we can help make your event awesome! We especially love a good themed party!

Yes! Part of our initial thought for Seasonal Sips was the “seasonal” part of it. We work with you to find the best fit for your event. Whether it's a Hot Cocoa Bar for your office party, frozen or hot cider (with or without alcohol) for your fall festival, flavored teas and lemonades or shaved ice to get you through the summer, we have options that fit EVERY event.

Currently, we do not require a power hook-up.

Travel up to 30 miles outside of Charlottesville is included in our pricing. Additional mileage charge is incurred for anything over 30 miles.

Check out our services page for the details - All Bar Packages Include: Bar Consultation / Menu Planning, Garnishes, The Goods (9oz drinkware, napkins, straws), Ice, Mixers (up to 4), and a Detailed Purchase List for alcohol. Due to strict VA ABC laws, we cannot provide the alcohol for your event; however, we provide a consultation to direct you on what you will need! (The benefits of you buying your alcohol is that you avoid markups and you get to keep leftovers)!
